Medical Conditions

Arthritis

By realigning the joints affected (eg ankle and knee) and/or reducing the weight on those joints (eg big toe joint, ball of foot) the wearer of Step Flex orthotics may experience less pain.

Low Back Pain

The moment you stand on Step Flex orthotics you will immediately feel your posture improve.

Bunion

After 12 to 18 months of this exercise many people have achieved a straighter toe with a diminished lump.

Heel Pain

To correct the problem, you need to get the muscles strong and stretchy again. We recommend wearing a flexing orthotic (such as Step Flex) which will exercise the ligaments and muscles.
